PRE-K

Applications are being accepted at Elm Grove starting March 13, 2012. Children must be 4 years old on or before September 30, 2012. Applications are due by May 4, 2012, and may be returned to the school or mailed to:

Application does not guarantee acceptance into Pre-K. If you have any questions, call 549-6770. Once the application is returned, more information will be mailed during the 2nd week of May to the residential address listed on the application. You must bring the following items with you to your appointment:

• child's original birth certificate
• child's social security card
• current utility bill (water, gas, or electric)
  as proof of residence (no phone bills)
• record of immunizations
• Snap card, if applicable

Applications are being accepted for children living within the following elementary school districts: Bossier, Carrie Martin, Central Park, Elm Grove, Kerr, Meadowview, Plantation Park, Rodes, and Waller.

All new students, including Kindergarten students, MUST have a certified birth certificate, an up-to-date Louisiana health card, a social security card, and proof of residence. New students in grades 1 - 12 must bring previous school records.

Kindergarten registrants MUST be 5 years of age on or before September 30, 2012.
